CRY and Help for Heroes

What is CRY?

CRY, or Cardiac Risk in the Young began 15 years ago with the aim of bringing to people's attention the dangers of Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD) and Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS).  To support their valuable work, and see how you can get involved visit www.c-r-y.org.uk.

What is Help for Heroes?

Help for Heroes (H4H) was founded by Bryn and Emma Parry after a 2007 visit to Selly Oak hospital in Birmingham.  They met some extraordinarily brave young servicemen who had been wounded in action and decided they wanted to help.  If you would like to get involved then visit www.helpforheroes.org.uk.
